Feelings Wheel
Learning how to identify feelings can help you identify the unmet and met needs that are attached to them. For example, your chest may get tight when you are feeling angry. Your anger may be at a “10” so you may identify as “furious.” That feeling may be connected to an unmet need to be heard or seen. This is often the first step in identifying what is needed to help heal harm.
