Inner World Work

My name is Kendra, founder of Restore Resolutions. I have been on a multi-decade journey to intentionally reclaim my own inner wisdom. I have learned a great deal from my own conflicts and I value those experiences, though they did not feel great at the time. The work is sacred and can be hard, but it is worth it. I have watched committed people transform their conflict into growth and freedom using the tools Restore offers.

Space to Learn

Space to Learn

My own family has been along for the ride, and we have been able to learn and grow together, even when inevitable conflict has come. My daughter Georgia watched as I moved from a punishment-focused approach to a repair-focused approach to conflict and told me, “You wanted things to change. You wanted to help people. You seem happier, Mom.” She gets it! And, she is benefitting from this growth.

Tools to Connect

My son Simon now asks to use the Connection Practice board to help name and sort his feelings and needs when things feel stuck for him. He feels empowered to handle his own challenges and conflicts and often is able to see how his and others’ actions may have contributed to a conflict.
